1. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Streaming Availability Information

We provide information about where movies and TV shows are currently available for streaming, rental, or purchase through legitimate, licensed services including but not limited to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max (Max), Peacock, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Starz, Showtime, Crunchyroll, Tubi TV, Pluto TV, and other licensed providers. This information is obtained from The Movie Database (TMDB) API and is updated regularly through automated processes. However, streaming availability changes frequently as services add and remove content from their catalogs, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any streaming availability information displayed on the Site. You should verify availability directly with the streaming service before making any subscription or purchase decisions.

2.2 Affiliate Relationships

Filmovizija participates in affiliate marketing programs with various streaming services and entertainment platforms. When you click on a link to a third-party streaming service on our website and subsequently subscribe to or make a purchase from that service, we may receive a referral commission. These affiliate relationships are a standard business practice in the entertainment and media industry and do not affect the accuracy of information we present, the order in which services are displayed, or the editorial independence of our content. 2.3 Demo and Preview Content

The Site may provide access to demo or preview content through embedded third-party players or trailers sourced from YouTube. 3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data, watch history, watchlist, favorites, and any other information associated with your account in accordance with our data retention policies.

4. Acceptable Use

5.2 Third-Party Content and Data Attribution

All movie and television data, including titles, descriptions, synopses, images, cast and crew information, ratings, and streaming availability information is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and is used in accordance with their terms of service and API usage policies. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie posters, backdrop images, actor photographs, and streaming service logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective copyright holders and trademark owners and are displayed under fair use principles for informational, commentary, and reference purposes. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos of third-party streaming services (including but not limited to Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Hulu, HBO, Peacock, Paramount, Apple, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites, applications, and services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Filmovizija, including links to streaming services, entertainment databases, social media platforms, and other external resources. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of service, practices, availability, accuracy, or opinions expressed on or by any such third-party websites or services. 8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or rules. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
