We automatically collect certain non-personal information when you visit the Site, including but not limited to: browsing history and navigation patterns within the Site, search queries submitted through our search functionality, film and series pages viewed, streaming provider links clicked, watch history of titles you have viewed, watchlist and favorites selections, and interaction patterns with our filtering and recommendation features.

Technical Information

We automatically collect technical information including your IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting purposes), browser type and version, operating system and device type, screen resolution, language preferences, referring and exit pages, timestamps of visits, and clickstream data describing your navigation path through the Site.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Filmovizija does not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, financial account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, health or medical information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin data, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership information, or genetic data. All movie and television data displayed on the Site is sourced from publicly available databases, primarily The Movie Database (TMDB) API, and pertains to publicly available information about entertainment content, not personal information about our users.

Filmovizija provides information about where movies and television series are available for streaming, rental, or purchase through legitimate, licensed third-party streaming services including but not limited to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max (Max), Peacock, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Starz, Showtime, Crunchyroll, Tubi TV, Pluto TV, and others. We participate in affiliate marketing programs with various streaming services. When you click on a link to a third-party streaming service on our website and subsequently subscribe to or make a purchase from that service, we may earn a referral commission. These affiliate relationships do not affect the accuracy of streaming availability information we present or the order in which services are displayed. Each third-party streaming service has its own privacy policy and terms of service, and we strongly encourage you to review them before providing any personal information or making any purchase decisions. 8. Data Sources and Attribution

Movie and television data displayed on the Site is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) API, which provides publicly available information including titles, descriptions, ratings, cast and crew information, genre classifications, release dates, runtime, and streaming availability across multiple platforms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability information is updated regularly through automated processes but may not always reflect current or accurate availability, as streaming services frequently add and remove content from their catalogs without notice. Filmovizija makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, or reliability of any streaming availability information, pricing, or other data displayed on the Site.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Site relies on the following third-party services: Google Analytics for web analytics using cookies and similar technologies; Adsterra for advertising services; Cloudflare Inc. for content delivery network, DNS resolution, DDoS protection, SSL/TLS encryption, and web application firewall services; and The Movie Database (TMDB) API for movie and television data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each of these third-party services, as their data practices are governed by their own policies and not by this Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links and External Websites

The Site contains hyperlinks to third-party websites including streaming services, entertainment databases, review sites, and reference materials. Filmovizija has no control over the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any linked third-party website and is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your use of, access to, or reliance on any content, goods, services, or information available on or through any third-party website.

11. Data Retention

Account registration data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion request or termination, personal information is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or complying with legal obligations. Watch history and watchlist data is retained for the duration of your active account and deleted upon account termination. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security monitoring and analysis purposes, then automatically purged. Google Analytics data is currently configured with a 14-month retention period, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Upon expiration of applicable retention periods, personal information is either permanently deleted, anonymized, or de-identified such that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.

12. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, loss, or misuse. Specific security measures include: encryption of all data in transit using HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher between your browser and our servers; storage of user passwords exclusively as bcrypt cryptographic hashes with appropriate computational cost factors, ensuring that plaintext passwords are never stored, logged, or transmitted; CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection tokens on all forms processing user input; rate limiting on authentication endpoints with automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts to prevent brute-force attacks; secure, HTTP-only, SameSite cookie attributes preventing cross-site request attacks and client-side script access to session cookies; Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) and DDoS protection providing network-level security; regular application of security patches and software updates; parameterized database queries preventing SQL injection attacks; input validation and output sanitization preventing cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks; and periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, no method of electronic storage, and no security system is impenetrable or can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

16. International Data Transfers

The Site is owned and operated from France (European Union). Our servers are located in Gravelines, France (OVH/Kimsufi datacenter). If you access the Site from outside the European Union, you should be aware that any personal information you provide to us or that is automatically collected may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the European Union and potentially other countries where our service providers maintain facilities. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FILMOVIZIJA, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE; ANY CONTENT, DATA, STREAMING AVAILABILITY INFORMATION, OR OTHER INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR TRANSMISSIONS; YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY DATA, INFORMATION, OR CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE SITE; ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE; OR ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, MALICIOUS CODE, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER THE RELEASED PARTIES WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Filmovizija, its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the Site; your violation of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service; your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site; your violation of the rights of any third party, including without limitation intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights; or any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party.
