1. Overview

Filmovizija ("we", "our", "the Service") operates as an informational and entertainment discovery platform that provides users with information about where movies and television series are available for streaming, rental, or purchase through legitimate, licensed streaming services. Filmovizija does not host, store, upload, distribute, or transmit any copyrighted audiovisual content on its servers. All video content referenced on this website is owned by their respective copyright holders and is available exclusively through authorized third-party streaming platforms and services.

2. No Hosting of Copyrighted Content

Filmovizija does not host any video files, media streams, or copyrighted audiovisual content on its servers or infrastructure. Our platform functions solely as a reference guide, discovery tool, and information service — similar to a search engine, directory service, or entertainment database — providing links and references to content available on legitimate, licensed streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max (Max), Peacock, Paramount+, Apple TV+, and other authorized providers. Any "demo" or "preview" content accessible through our platform is provided exclusively via embedded players and iframes from third-party services, and Filmovizija exercises no editorial control, hosting capability, or distribution authority over such content.

3. DMCA Compliance

Although Filmovizija does not host copyrighted content, we respect intellectual property rights and voluntarily comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and equivalent provisions under European Union copyright directives. If you believe that any material accessible through our website infringes upon your copyright or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent as described below.

3.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears on our website;
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as a physical address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We will review and respond to all valid, properly formatted DMCA takedown requests within 48 business hours of receipt. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice.

3.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or linked to on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the original complainant with a copy and inform them that we will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order against the user.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, applicable European Union directives, and other relevant laws, Filmovizija has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Good Faith

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
