Audience Reviews

Alunauwie 7/10 Jun 26, 2026
*Noroi: The Curse* stands out with its pseudo-documentary approach, gradually building suspense through a well-structured investigation, natural performances, and an unsettling atmosphere that feels eerily authentic. While some unanswered questions, limited character development, and occasional lapses in character logic prevent it from being fully satisfying, the film's compelling mystery and slow-burning horror remain highly effective. Overall, it is a rewarding horror experience for viewers who enjoy atmospheric storytelling and psychological dread over conventional jump scares.
