Based on stories from Gan Bao’s popular medieval book «In Search of the Sacred, In Search of the Supernatural» (Soushen Ji), but happened in years of early Chinese Republic and War of Separatism. Young orphan Lu Xinzhi became a pro rogue. One day Lu and his younger brother Mao Mao went to rob the abandoned Shen's Mansion.
