Snow Flower, inspired by Mika Nakashima's song Yuki no Hana, beautifully translates the theme of unwavering love into a touching romance between Miyuki and Yusuke, supported by strong chemistry and heartfelt storytelling. Despite some illogical plot points—like the ease of international travel and unclear medical background—the film's emotional depth, stunning cinematography, and moving soundtrack create a memorable experience. A standout moment is Miyuki’s diary of wishes, which adds emotional weight to the story and ties the narrative together with sincerity and warmth.
