Nella Maria Bonora
Nella Maria Bonora (Mantua, May 19, 1904 - Florence, August 3, 1990) was an Italian actress and voice actress. After twenty years of experience on stage (she entered the art world at a very young age with Amedeo Chiantoni, then continuing with Febo Mari's company), she was hired in 1939 at EIAR by Aldo Silvani, the then director of the Turin prose company, immediately becoming a darling of the radio audience, so much so that she ended up playing herself in the 1940 film directed by Giacomo Gentilomo Ecco la radio!, dedicated to the glories of the state radio broadcasting company. Cousin of the actor Fernando Farese with whom she often had the opportunity to act both on the radio and in the theater. She was married, in the thirties, to the actor Carlo Lombardi.
