Lucie Fingerhutová

Born on August 13, 2006, in Prague, Lucie Fingerhutová began developing her acting skills in a children's drama club. From an early age, acting seemed like a natural form of expression to her, and it was this shared activity that led her to the dramatic arts. A significant and visible milestone in her career was her first leading role: she played the character of Bětka in the film Na druhé straně léta (On the Other Side of Summer, 2025). Directed by Vojtěch Strakatý, the film tells the story of two best friends experiencing a transformative summer. In addition to acting, Lucie actively competed in street dance for eight years. This aspect of her creative interests underscores her artistic versatility and enthusiasm for expression through the body and movement. In an interview for Radiožurnál in July 2025, Lucie spoke about the challenges of filming The Other Side of Summer: she mentioned the need for improvisation, demanding makeup preparations (her character had scars), ice-cold pools, and physical exertion such as diving into water.
