Eduardo Strauch Urioste is a Uruguayan architect, painter, author, and survivor of the 1972 Andes flight disaster. He was one of the 16 survivors of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 and later documented his experiences in the autobiographical book Desde el silencio.
