The time has finally come: head physician Dr. Daniel Guth proposes to Miriam and also decides to invest in the Alpenklinik. The couple's happiness seems perfect when dark clouds gather: Impressed by her professional skills, Daniel hires the competent Linda Singer, who has applied for the vacant senior doctor position at the Alpenklinik.
