Choi Seung-cheol (최승철; born August 8, 1995), known professionally as S.Coups (에스쿱스), is a South Korean rapper, singer and songwriter under Pledis Entertainment. He is the leader of the boy group SEVENTEEN and its Hip-Hop Team sub-unit. He is also the leader of the special sub-unit SVT LEADERS.
